Had purchased two trailers previously from other lots. This trailer has just the floor plan I was hoping to find, the low pressure, but extremely helpful salesmen just aided in my decision. I was not looking forward to the mass of paperwork ahead, but was prepared. Financing, insurance, this form and that form. But Kevin and the rest, this is a family owned business, made it very easy and relaxed. Really can't say enough good things about this business. The trailer was prepped and ready exactly when I wanted it, it is 8 years old, but the prep crew made sure everything works, just an amazing experience I would do again in a heartbeat

The absolute best experience I have ever had purchasing an RV. I have had four RVs in the past. This is a family owned and operated business and the individualized care was flawless. This includes their recommendations on unit, personalized help on financing, and price! In addition, after they delivered and set the unit up on my space, they sent two techs on a Friday night to troubleshoot a minor issue.... 93 miles away.

Before we bought our first RV, we had been up and down Main Street several times and stopped at every RV dealer out there. When we met Kirk at Integrity RV we both knew right away that the was the one we were hoping to purchase from. He is very knowledgeable and just a really good guy. We were looking to upgrade our RV and stopped by when we were out and about. We were given time to look and were not pressured. We told them what we could afford and they showed us several RVs. They gave us a fair price on our trade in and helped us with financing. We had minor issues and they stepped up and took care of us. First of all I want to say that I rarely give reviews. The company really has to be outstanding for me to recommend it to anyone. We went to several RV dealerships within a 25 mile radius. We knew exactly what type of RV we wanted to purchase. Most of the salesman we dealt with tried to change our mind because they did not have the exact RV we were looking for or the price we wanted to pay for it. We found integrity RV definitely lived up to its name. Our salesman Kirk, couldnt do enough for us. So glad we purchased our RV from this dealership.

Did everything thru emails painless Brad was a great salesman to deal with and this is someone who was a dealership tech for 25 years he picked my wife and myself up from the airport and gave us his truck for the night so they could get the rv ready for a Saturday delivery they found a computer light problem and took care of it couldnt get the part until Monday so they payed for a rental car to get me back to Las Vegas for work on Sunday then they delivered the rv to me would highly recommend
